When Billionaire Femi Otedola in a telephone interview, was asked by the radio presenter "Sir what can you remember made you a happiest man in life?"*
Femi said:
“I have gone through four stages of happiness in life and finally I understood the meaning of true happiness."
The first stage was to accumulate wealth and means. But at this stage I did not get the happiness I wanted.
Then came the second stage of collecting valuables and items. But I realized that the effect of this thing is also temporary and the lustre of valuable things does not last long.
Then came the third stage of getting big projects. That was when I was holding 95% of diesel supply in Nigeria and Africa. I was also the largest vessel owner in Africa and Asia. But even here I did not get the happiness I had imagined.
The fourth stage was the time a friend of mine asked me to buy wheelchair for some disabled children. Just about 200 kids.
At the friend's request, I immediately bought the wheelchairs.
But the friend insisted that I go with him and hand over the wheelchairs to the children. I got ready and went with him.
There I gave these wheel chairs to these children with my own hands. I saw the strange glow of happiness on the faces of these children. I saw them all sitting on the wheelchairs, moving around and having fun.
It was as if they had arrived at a picnic spot where they are sharing a jackpot winning.
I felt REAL joy inside me. When I decided to leave one of the kids grabbed my legs. I tried to free my legs gently but the child stared at my face and held my legs tightly.
I bent down and asked the child: Do you need something else?
*mThe answer this child gave me not only made me happy but also changed my attitude to life completely. This child said:
“I want to remember your face so that when I meet you in heaven, I will be able to recognize you and thank you once again"
What would you be remembered for after you leave that office or place?
Will anyone desire to see your face again where it all matters?
This is a must read piece .
It got me thinking.
I pray it does same to everyone.

Dear all,
Eversince KokoKaina days, I'd always look forward to writing the descriptions of a video. In a way, I felt that it was always a little more peek behind the song, and of me, to you.
It's been awhile since I've written in it, though I feel now is the time to so...
This song was a joint creation with my friend and former guitarist, David Hurwitz (dAvid sTrange) when he showed me some of the poems he'd had, many years ago. He is quite a prolific writer and this one in particular just spoke to me. So we worked on the song and melodies that day, as the words were already written by David.
It was quite an elevated feeling we had, after we were done, as I think we both knew how much this meant to us, and to everyone who will listen to it. Medicine.
It then took a few more years to be able to record it to its full form that you now hear. I recorded this in Los Angeles, where it was produced by one my dear friends and musical partners, Andre DeSantanna. I would like that this chance to thank him and the musicians, Rafa and Daniel for bringing it further to life.
Dear all,
We are now going through such a strange time, where we are all experiencing the same force, where no one is pardoned from it...
But I, just like the rest of you, feel uncertain, but coping and most of all, hopeful, that we can get out of this.
Once we do, we must remember, that even though, this grave situation may leave a large dent on our world and ways of living, we absolutely MUST rise wisely, do things fair and accordingly, and steadily, and not go into the extremes, as we must remind ourselves, that ALL OF US ARE/WERE IN IT TOGETHER!
Lets all do the right thing as citizens, humans, friends, family, and stay home, for the love of yourself, your family and all your loved ones.
Til then, just a gentle reminder to all that...

This video was a passion project between my friend Curly and I, and a small crew of 5, one camera, Curly and I co-directing, as he creative directed (he wears many hats). We shot this back in January, in Johor, Malaysia, near the beach, where it was very very warm. I insisted on having very minimal makeup, as you can tell, but most of that melted off as well.
I kept true to my vision and wore a turtleneck anyway because i was told, you gotta suffer for the art. ;)
I would like to thank the land of Johor for providing us with such beautiful weather that day though. And to Yiwen, Curly, Yunus, Masbro and Azrol. Terima kasih to you guys for making my vision come through. 100% Made in Malaysia, by Malaysians.

Today 8th July 2019, she managed to graduate for her 5th time in her life and she is launching her own produced and composed hybrid single in 4 languages (Eng, Malay, Chinese & Spanish) titled “Cut Away” with her Taiwan and China record labels & publishing company which is Ocean Butterflies, Taihe Group & Touch Music. This time, she not only composed, performed but also produced. Besides that, she managed to innovate her inwinccible 360 X project by creating a 360 audio and visual remix of the song. The whole series of the song will be launching in the month of July and August. This year 2019 is her 10th year anniversary as a beauty queen recording artists. She started her first album in 2009 and back then a lot of people looked down on her but she kept on working harder and insisted to go step by step in building her dreams. Today she strikes another 2 more new records for Malaysia, she is being recognized by the Malaysia Book of Records as “Most Number of Academic Degrees Obtained by A Beauty Queen” and “Most Number of Academic Degrees Obtained by a Recording Artist”.
用了大概一年的時間和來自7個國家的伯克利學友們一起製作，編曲，混音，Remix，MV拍攝 和 剪接。這次挑戰4國語言（英語，馬來語，華語還有西班牙語）還有一錄到底，中間完全沒有剪接，所以配唱方面錄了三個月。電子搖滾搭配抒情曲風呈現在流行歌曲上，誕生了這首“Cut Away”。這首歌也是蘇盈之今年七月碩士後學位的畢業作。除此之外，蘇盈之也成功將這首歌的Remix 版本研創為360 度的視頻還有音頻。所以一共會有多個不同版本的作品即將在畢業後陸續發行。這次，再次聯手海蝶还有太合会全球发行这一系列的单曲，希望給大家帶來不一樣的驚喜。這次已經是蘇盈之的第五個學位。此外，今年是蘇盈之以選美皇后歌手出道的第十年，從不被看好，到一部一腳印去學習，獨立，終於今年七月八號在畢業的時候，獲得馬來西亞的全新兩個紀錄，也就是“馬來西亞考獲最多學位的歌手”還有“馬來西亞考獲最多學位的選美小姐”。
