Coming of Age Day 成人の日

In Japan, we have a special day called Seijin no hi. Usually, there is a ceremony and everything for all the 20-year-olds in Japan at the different districts but this year due to COVID, most of those ceremonies got cancelled. Instead, I spent time with my friends and family.

I wore my moms beautiful Furisode, which is a type of Kimono that only young people can wear. Once they are married, they cannot wear them. It has really long sleeves compared to the Kimono that older people wear.

今回作るのは久しぶりの味噌ラーメン！味噌ラーメンといえば、札幌発祥のラードで覆われた熱々濃厚な味噌ラーメンが一番有名でしょう。「彩未」「すみれ」「純蓮」「信玄」「麺屋雪風」「けやき」など、、いつも行列ができている人気店が多く、その層の厚さは全国でも抜きん出ています。その札幌で味噌ラーメンを食べ歩き、その美味しさのヒントを集結して今夜はオリジナルの味噌ラーメンを作ります！観たら思わず食べたくなる！それではその調理の様子から、早速みていきましょう！
